About Us Ascension Lutheran Church is a
Christian worshipping community of faith located in Newtown,
Pennsylvania. We are one of the 11,000 congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church in America (ELCA). What unites us together is our belief in Jesus Christ as
our Lord and Savior, and our commitment to His mission of love, peace, and justice.
